Wuppertal renovates an opera house that is 100 years old

The building from 1907 in a mixture of Neo-Baroque and Art Nouveau style has been renovated to meet current fire regulations.

The acoustics in the practice rooms and the orchestra pit needed attention: QR Diffuser and Matrix sound diffusers were installed both on the walls and the ceilings. The diffusers ensure there is an optimal distribution of the sound so that singers and orchestra can perform under the best conditions.
